Blog is not a social media post!
Social media posts are typically little tidbits of information. They are either forwards of messages that interest you, or your personal activities that only your family or close friends might care about.
Example social media post about a new restaurant you visited might have a selfie of you eating the food, with the caption “Gr8 Food Here 👍👍👍❤❤❤”!
Need a bit more depth for a Blog. Perhaps introduction about the type of food, where it originated, some other similar restaurants, comparisons, etc. You might also include information about owners and their history.
